Our wine Oirad received a prestigious Gold Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles - Sweet & Fortified Wines Session, held in Brussels, Belgium, on September 7th and 8th. This significant event featured the participation of 410 wine samples from around the world, and Oirad distinctly stood out, bringing home the gold medal.
Our Oirad is a typical expression of Sardinia: the grace of this sweet wine conveys all the sensations that the Mediterranean has to offer. Excellent with blue cheeses. An exceptional match with dry pastries, with an alcohol content of 14.7% vol and aging in wood, this wine embodies the essence of the region's indigenous grape varieties. What makes Oirad so special is its aromatic complexity. During tasting, judges noted a bouquet of aromas ranging from exotic fruits to floral freshness. This fragrance is supported by a balanced structure and a pleasant mineral note.
The Gold Medal obtained at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles represents recognition of our ongoing commitment to producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique character of Sardinia.
